Phase III of Whispering Pines is about to begin and I wanted to give everyone a look at the new Whispering Pines Master Plan. This master plan shows Phase I & II as well. You can see how much of the property will remain in green space after the development is complete. This new phase will offer 119 home sites and also includes the community pool. This is a resort style pool with five lanes for Swimming. The parkway at the main entrance will gracefully curve through the pines into a large roundabout that will serve as the entrance for the next three phases after Phase III. Once construction begins we will begin taking lot reservations for this exciting new phase.
